Our Story

After the Pearl Harbor incident in 1941, Tim's Japanese grandfather was forced to move from Hawaii to Canada, carrying with him the moonlit beaches and the secret Poke recipe of his homeland. In 2017, Tim and his wife, Patricia, founded POKEGO in Montreal, using three generations of cherished flavors to awaken the city's imagination of Hawaii.
